• Trip Style: A to Z - meaning we handle the entire trip from start to finish (with the possible exception of flights) OR hotel/resort-only bookings, Ocean and River Cruise Bookings

• Minimum Investment (every destination is different, but this is what we’ve found works best for our clients & partners):

  • Stand-alone hotel bookings; 4-5-star hotels only: $300/person/day (for couples)

  • Full vacation: Minimum trip spend of $500/person/day

Our nonrefundable Research & Design Fee accounts for our expertise, time spent researching and depth of recommendations, all of which are dependent on the number of travelers, destination(s), trip complexity, and specialized requests.  Our fees start at $197.
